HeyElsa is building the world's first AI-powered crypto co-pilot- a chat-based interface where anyone can swap, bridge, stake, and manage digital assets across chains with ease. We're a fast-moving Web3 startup on a mission to make crypto accessible, simple, and intuitive for the next billion users.
We're looking for a creative, analytical, and resourceful Growth Hacker to join our team. You'll own user acquisition experiments, activation funnels, and viral loops to help Elsa scale rapidly while staying deeply connected to our community.
What you'll do
- • Design and execute growth experiments across multiple channels (Twitter/X, Discord, Telegram, LinkedIn, crypto forums, newsletters, and Web3 communities)
- • Drive user acquisition campaigns for the HeyElsa app and SDK/widget integrations
- • Build and optimize onboarding funnels to improve activation and retention
- • Launch and manage referral, ambassador, and bounty programs
- • Analyze growth metrics (MAU, DAU, conversion, CAC, LTV) and iterate fast
- • Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and BD teams to align growth initiatives with feature launches and community events
- • Research market trends and competitor playbooks to stay ahead of the curve
- • Work directly with founders to shape and execute Elsa's growth roadmap
What we're looking for
- • Proven experience in growth marketing, community growth, or product-led growth in Web3 or high-growth startups
- • Hands-on knowledge of crypto ecosystems, DeFi tools, and community platforms
- • Strong data analysis skills (comfortable with metrics dashboards, attribution tools)
- • Creative thinker with a bias toward action—test, learn, iterate
- • Comfortable working in a remote, async environment and wearing multiple hats
- • Excellent written and verbal communication; bonus if you've built an engaged online presence in Web3
