We are hiring an AI Content Creator to own how Elsa shows up in feeds, inboxes and timelines every single day. This role sits at the intersection of editorial craft and generative AI, and will be the person behind every post, video, newsletter and visual that compounds our brand between launches.
About the Role
As our AI Content Creator, you will own day-to-day content end-to-end. You will partner closely with the founders, product leads, marketing and PR to turn what we are building into a steady drumbeat of high-quality writing, visuals, video and audio across our owned channels. You will run the editorial calendar, build the AI workflows that let one person punch like a team of five, and be the person the team trusts to keep our brand voice consistent at scale.
This is a hands-on role. You will write the post, generate the visual, cut the video, ship the newsletter and read the analytics the next morning. If you genuinely love using AI as a creative force multiplier, and you have the editorial judgment to keep the bar high, this role is for you.
What You'll Do
- —Own the editorial drumbeat. Plan and ship written, visual, audio and video content across our owned channels — X / Twitter, LinkedIn, blog, newsletter, YouTube — on a consistent, predictable cadence.
- —Build AI-augmented workflows. Design content pipelines on top of Claude, ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, ElevenLabs and similar tools so we produce more, faster, without sacrificing quality or brand voice.
- —Write the story. Draft posts, threads, blog articles, newsletters, scripts and captions that are sharp, specific and free of jargon. AI gives you the first draft; your editorial judgment ships the final cut.
- —Generate the visuals. Produce on-brand graphics, illustrations, short-form video and motion assets using generative AI tools, briefing designers when something needs to go further.
- —Adapt for every surface. Reformat the same core idea for LinkedIn, X, Reels, Shorts, newsletters and the blog, each with the native voice of the platform.
- —Maintain the brand voice. Be the guardian of how Elsa sounds and looks. Build prompt libraries, style guides and review checklists so consistency scales with volume.
- —Measure and iterate. Track engagement, reach, follower growth and downstream signups. Close the loop weekly on what worked, what flopped and what to double down on.
- —Partner across the company. Work closely with PR, growth, product marketing and the founders so daily content reinforces every launch, announcement and narrative we are pushing.
What We're Looking For
- —3 to 5 years of content, social or digital marketing experience, with a clear focus on technology, SaaS, AI or crypto-native products. In-house, agency, creator-led or a mix are all fine.
- —A portfolio of work you personally shipped — posts, threads, videos, newsletters or campaigns — that you are proud of. You should be able to walk us through two or three of them in detail.
- —Hands-on, daily use of at least two AI content tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, ElevenLabs, Descript). You can show us your prompt library, not just talk about it.
- —Excellent written English. You can take a technical or crypto concept and turn it into a sentence that someone actually stops scrolling for.
- —Sharp content sense. You know what works on X versus LinkedIn versus YouTube, and you know what does not.
- —Comfort working directly with founders and product leaders, including pushing back when a piece of content is not ready.
- —Highly organised. You can run a weekly editorial calendar across five channels and still know exactly what is going live tomorrow morning.
- —Self-directed. This is an early team. You will be trusted to set the calendar, not wait for one.
Bonus Points
- —Previous experience creating content for AI, agent-based or crypto / Web3 products.
- —Strong design sensibility, comfort in Figma, Canva or Adobe Creative Suite to polish what AI generates.
- —Hands-on video editing or motion design (Descript, CapCut, After Effects, Premiere).
- —Familiarity with SEO fundamentals, A/B testing, and analytics tools (GA4, Search Console, native platform analytics).
- —Experience writing or ghostwriting for founders and executives.
